I wanted to incorporate banjo techniques into my bass playing. It's difficult, but a lot of fun. Thanks for the lessons, Cathy!!

Hi Kathy, Teaching someone clawhammer and found you and your great lesson series, which I promptly forwarded to my student. Also, my son Eric who plays cello with The Fretless said he met you at a festival last summer. Wonderful that he could meet up with one of the original and finest Rooster recording artists! Hope you're doing well (you look and sound great!). Warm regards, Will

REMEMBER EVERYONE,, you can play banjo at very low speeds and be very good then as time or yrs or months goes by,, you can learn faster playing if you want too.. Otherwise fast playing is not necessary to be a banjo player.. Every body have a great banjo day. 🤠

Hi Cathy, Did you have me in mind when you listed one of your lessons as Banjo for the late Beginner ( I am hitting on 71 and just starting out with the banjo - very late, I know, but enjoying myself ! ) Just a point of interest, is your banjo built by Chuck Lee by any chance? Kind regards, Anthony.
