Please make kitchenware next for the temperature control! Food gets cold easily during winter. I can see the benefit using it all the time just like the ember mug!

I love my mug! I'm a slow drinker and can't stand cold cofee. I work from home and found that I was constantly having to go upstairs (office is in basement) to warm up coffee 5-10 times a day. When my spouse worked from home, he'd comment on it. He got this for me and it's actually increased my productivity.. lol

Why is your customer service for the Ember mug non existent? I have a heating plate with one of the pins recessed and it will not heat. I have sent 4 or 5 messages over the last month and sent them the info they required. no answer. Really bad customer service and now I paid a fortune for a mug I cannot use.

I love gadgets. I love technology. I love convenience. My wife bought me one of your ember mugs for Christmas 2017. I thought she was crazy for spending that much money on something like that and I almost sent it back. It is now my favorite thing. I drink coffee at 139° from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM and my life is better now than before.

I liked your first mug, bought it but returned it because aI thought it wasn’t there yet. I followed from a distance for the release of the second one. Preordered it. Loving it so far. something about the shape of it- nothing our there quite does it for me. Keep it going.

I hate this company with a passion. There are hundreds of screwed customers that purchased this in good faith. The problem is the warranty is useless without a functional service department. You never get a response when the product craps out.

What if we could make a crock pot the size of a coffee mug and charge 500% more per sq inch….and let’s never ever get in the black…oh but here’s my daughter….
