love your experiment!!! I have a ton of stencils and stamps and now that I no longer use them I will try this method of yours!! By the way where did you get your chalk. I bought some from amazon and there just aren't enough colors!! I would love to watch you finishing the pieces you make from your experiment! Thank you for another wonderful video! This is wonderful, you surely do have a great imagination, you are very creative, I really like this a lot, it makes me want to do something like this & I haven't done anything with clay for over a year.

Thank you, Melody❤️ There was a period of time that I decided to pack up all of my clay/tools etc. I took a long break from clay too, but it’s a blessing now to be able to sit and create and give away what I make. I really enjoy making someone’s day by giving them a gift of one or two or three of my pieces. To those who have been given much, much is expected. I feel blessed and want to share so others will feel blessed as well. You won’t regret picking up your clay again. Who knows what beautiful pieces you still have to make!! Go for it!! God bless you! @@grannyjclay-joannieholdhus925 Hello, my newest KZbin friend ( ;-)> , I believe that I will take up making clay jewelry again, but the store-bought clay is just to spendy for me. I always have made my own, it surely can be a challenge, but I do enjoy creating things, I have quite a few things that I made stashed away, but I only made smaller amounts of things at any given time. I have donated quite a few of my better projects to a nearby church as they have 2 Rummage sales each year, plus as I love animals, I also have donated a good bit to thrift stores where the proceeds go to the local animal shelters. I was really totally impressed with the clay jewelry that you made with the musical notes folder where you added those leaves & the gorgeous autumn colors, I too love autumn & spring, they are my most favorite seasons. Well I look forward to your next creations.

I tried this today and could not get a decent impression on the embossing folder (tried on both sides of folder) maybe the folder was too fussy. Enjoy your videos. Jan

Hi Jan - Sorry it didn’t work for you! Not sure how hard you pressed when the clay was inside the folder, but pressing very hard is a good thing. Either spray both sides of the folder with water or put corn starch on both sides so when pressing it won’t stick as you open it. Did you put your clay into the folder & close it? Or, did you just use one side to imprint it? I put my clay inside and close the folder…hoping this helps! Blessings to you❤️

Thank you!❤️ You can use any hairspray - aerosol though! Use it very “lightly” though….not much at all. Spray from about a foot away from the clay and just a little. Don’t need much at all.
