Thank you so much for this video! I'm getting into sculpting and I really needed a video that went over the tools and explained how you use them. This was short and gave me all of the information! Thanks again! By the way I love all of your sculptures! I hope to be as talented as you are some day. :)

@swishtut There is nothing wrong with using polymer clay. This is popular clay for small prototypes where a high degree of details is needed. It can be baked for permanency. Because polymer clay has kind of rubbery texture it is better to use wooden or dental tools.
@JoannnaMozdzen13 жыл бұрын
@swishtut Water based clay is inexpensive, what is important when you create big pieces. It can be fired for permanency. This kind of clay it is perfect for making “sketchy” pieces.

Would Soft Clay be a good clay for making small figurines? Like anime figures? I only ask because I purchased four packs of brown Daiso Soft Clay, and I was wondering if it's perfect for this kind of sculpting.

hi i am interested in sculpting from clay. how to start. in there any book or any thing, please tell me. i love your work. you are a good instructor.
@hopeterryrealestate31397 жыл бұрын
Which kind of oil based clay would you recommend, which would be similar in hardness to the water based clay you are using. I normally use the same clay you are using in this video, but I would like to experiment with some oil based clay so I am not under a time constraint as one is with the water based clay.

Wich type of clay do you use:) ?
@marielossalazar8 жыл бұрын
Evelyn gottin creo se debe sacar el vapor con la tapa del horno un poco abierto y bajo de temperatura, así las piezas no se quiebran, bueno es lo que hago con todo respeto. Saludos
