Aw thank you!! Yes I also use a block of clay and cut off the top with a wire tool. I think I have the process in my previous videos xx

You can also make one with a roof but it should be bigger in size - I have a KZbin tutorial on that too!

Your work is really very nice, you are very generous to show how to do it. There is only one problem, your camera man goes too quickly, It is not good for your eye and forces you to stop whatching.

Why not just make it out of slabs?

Absolutely you can make it out of slabs if you prefer - This method is quicker for me and I'm more used to carving clay this way. I personally think that the shape you get with this method is more organic. This all personal preference and there are many ways to make the same piece in pottery this is just one way I'm showing :)
