Yea we’ve all done bad things and been confused but what are you doing now mr no words? Words heal. People love with words and they hate with silence. Silence can be a lie.

If you are relating to someone else’s work or feel misunderstood something positive you could do is try to talk things out and see if you can resolve issue s instead of going to war against people in a fantasy world? Sometimes people act out instead of using words and people can really get to an understanding of they can share their perceptions and thoughts and feelings and listen to each other. They can hang in their and fight fair. They actually know a lot about it. For example if you don’t like something someone said you can go by this thing called fair fighting rules and discuss shared values and resolve conflicts amicably. If the person is distorting reality with cognitive distortions and logical fallacies they may be deluded and you can’t really have intimacy or conscious contact with people like that but you can try to bring them along with a dialogue that is mutual rather than a monologue or stonewalling in a one way type scenario. I like it when people treat others the way they want to be treated and give feedback and try to get some clarity rather than making up like someone maybe an innocent bystander is an evil villain. It’s weird when people bait and bash and flip the script and lie and get people to fight each other and that’s what they do in gangs. Cluster b issues. It’s a shame but there is hope for recovery with people like that.
