This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Clayton Homes(Patriot Edition). We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

My two cents, I think electric fireplaces are useless. If the power goes out, you don't have a back-up heat source. We have lived in a 28 X 60 manufactured house for 30 years, and I can keep the house at 75 inside with it 20 outside without the heat coming on.

Agree electric fireplaces are useless. Just for ambiance. I will be putting a wood stove in my house. This has been my heat source for my entire adult life & I love it.

I dunt like them either. We put a wood stove in our double wide and heated the whole house with it. I would have a fireplace but make it for a wood stove insert.

In Denver new construction in many areas cannot install wood fireplaces. Same in Las Vegas.

Don't like the look or anything about electric fireplace. Either gas or wood burning or set up for wood or wood pellet would be preferable

I lived a new Clayton home loved it but the cabinet counter top corners were so sharp I kept getting scratches on my arms I hope they have rounded the corners they are beautiful hones.

I think it's a fabulous house for the base price. I'm not sure what upgrades they put in this home as shown but Since most of these homes have those big tubs I'd be making it one with spa jets.

Pretty, but I really don't like opening the front door and falling into all three of those rooms. I would feel like they always have to be spotless just in case anybody rings the doorbell. (For the record, I keep my house clean but we all have bad days where there are dishes in the sink and the floors need vacuuming.) No way to hide any of that in this setup. On the plus side - lose the wire rack- ick anyway- and cabinet in the laundry room and you finally have a place for a freezer! That cabinet in the bathrooms are ridiculous. In real life most people won't put towels on the floor- just make it a full enclosed cabinet and don't waste storage space.

Floor vents are a big no-no with kids and pets. Also, there needs to be a designated wall for your entertainment center. You don't want to put the TV above a fireplace.

It’s “ree-siz pee-siz” Not too many cabinets in that kitchen. At least it’s got a pantry and a folding area in the laundry room and a good size dining area. The master closet is kinda small. And no water closet in the master bath is a 👎. But the big shower and tub are great.

Chance, Great home. These homes have been a great variety. Two things I didn't care for...one was the placement of the vent in the family bathroom...really...right in front of the toilet. How many boys are going to pee down that. 🙄 The 2nd thing was the shelf on the bottom vanities in both bathrooms. I think that is a hole that's going to be nasty & collect every piece of dirt & hair. Other than that, these homes were very nice. Great video. 😊

Totally agree on the vanities.. how ridiculous! When I want to keep my towels on the floor I just drop them, I surely don't bother to fold them and then get down on my hands and knees to put them on shelves barely off the floor! 😖🤯 ..(makes about as much sense as those "double-oven" ranges..)

Nice and bedrooms are a good size. The thing with the shower is I don't believe you need a curtain for it, it's a total walk in. I really like these but I wish it didn't have the glass. I much prefer just a half or 3/4 wall that I think is 4 1/2 feet to 5ft. tall. Don't remember. I just grown tired of the shower curtains, and the sliding doors that eventually give you headaches.

Nice home. I thought the countertop space was too small, even with the island. I noticed the vents were on the floor. In the guest bath, the vent was very close to the toilet, rather than closer to the wall putting it out of the walking area. Great job! Thank you!

Before I even see the price. One both bathrooms need bigger counters. Shower in Master needs a dual shower head or you will be sorry. I'm not a fan of the open cabinets in the bathrooms on the bottom. Nothing but Dust collectors. Other than those few issues it's a very nice house.

Who puts heat vents right in the middle of the floor? The heat vent at the end of the kitchen island is also stupid! It that vent wasn’t there you could put a couple more stools there. There are no medicine cabinets in the bathrooms either!! This home is a big 👎🏼 for me!!

Don’t like the floor vent in front of the toilet in the family bath and should have a window over the tub/shower. Need to find a way to hide the marriage line on the floor in the living room. Really like the den/play room. Kitchen is a bit dark. Too bad there isn’t a window in the laundry room.
