My two cents, I think electric fireplaces are useless. If the power goes out, you don't have a back-up heat source. We have lived in a 28 X 60 manufactured house for 30 years, and I can keep the house at 75 inside with it 20 outside without the heat coming on.

Agree electric fireplaces are useless. Just for ambiance. I will be putting a wood stove in my house. This has been my heat source for my entire adult life & I love it.

I dunt like them either. We put a wood stove in our double wide and heated the whole house with it. I would have a fireplace but make it for a wood stove insert.

In Denver new construction in many areas cannot install wood fireplaces. Same in Las Vegas.

Don't like the look or anything about electric fireplace. Either gas or wood burning or set up for wood or wood pellet would be preferable

Chance, the tile shower is very nice it could use a shelf for supplies such as soaps and shampoos, the pantry is just too small in this mobile home. The colors throughout are absolutely beautiful. I would love to see a pantry large enough for a deep freezer to fit. I feel like a freezer doesn’t belong in a laundry room. Thank you for all that you do. After viewing many homes on your channel for the past 3 years I finally want as well as what I don’t want in a home. I enjoy your content but I find the ads very distracting. Very nice my friend one thing I notice is the eater heater always has the cheap piece covering it and the furnace has a nice door to it I think it looks so much better when they cover the water heater with a door it just looks cheap in a nice home I know they are saving money

Those screwed on panels are a joke. You really should have ready access to that water heater when there's trouble afoot. Learned this in my grandma's house when her water heater went tits-up and soaked her master bedroom carpet and sub floor.

Nice home. I thought the countertop space was too small, even with the island. I noticed the vents were on the floor. In the guest bath, the vent was very close to the toilet, rather than closer to the wall putting it out of the walking area. Great job! Thank you!

I think it's a fabulous house for the base price. I'm not sure what upgrades they put in this home as shown but Since most of these homes have those big tubs I'd be making it one with spa jets.

Chance, Great home. These homes have been a great variety. Two things I didn't care for...one was the placement of the vent in the family bathroom...really...right in front of the toilet. How many boys are going to pee down that. 🙄 The 2nd thing was the shelf on the bottom vanities in both bathrooms. I think that is a hole that's going to be nasty & collect every piece of dirt & hair. Other than that, these homes were very nice. Great video. 😊

Totally agree on the vanities.. how ridiculous! When I want to keep my towels on the floor I just drop them, I surely don't bother to fold them and then get down on my hands and knees to put them on shelves barely off the floor! 😖🤯 ..(makes about as much sense as those "double-oven" ranges..)

I lived a new Clayton home loved it but the cabinet counter top corners were so sharp I kept getting scratches on my arms I hope they have rounded the corners they are beautiful hones.

It’s “ree-siz pee-siz” Not too many cabinets in that kitchen. At least it’s got a pantry and a folding area in the laundry room and a good size dining area. The master closet is kinda small. And no water closet in the master bath is a 👎. But the big shower and tub are great.

Floor vents are a big no-no with kids and pets. Also, there needs to be a designated wall for your entertainment center. You don't want to put the TV above a fireplace.
