This is such a cute house! I would LOVE to live in one JUST like this! It still weirds me out a little, that so many of your US homes front doors open straight into the living space - and that the whole thing is SO open plan. We here in the UK do LOVE our hallways, it seems! Especially entranceways that DON'T open into the living room but into a main central hallway. I guess it's still a layover from a time when heating a house was a lot more difficult so closed off rooms helped to keep the heat in. Open plan has started to become more of a thing with new builds, but construction regulations still have some way to go in catching up with modern times. I do wish we had the space in our country for folks to just buy up a nice plot of land and then get a house like this one (or other prefabs) brought onto it - that's one thing I envy about the US is that it's SO big there's STILL quite a bit of land you can buy for a new home.

You said it right Chance. Smaller home with big vibes. There’s so much that I like about it, it would take too long to say. In particular though, the office, laundry room/mud room all being in the same area, and with a door to the secondary bathroom. Very well thought out, I think, and the way they did the exterior with the double dormer over the entrance gives it interest and curb appeal. Great tour!

I just discovered this channel within the last few weeks and have watched a whole bunch of videos since then. I enjoy these reviews with Chance! I like this house, it would fit perfectly on my land and I would add a garage on the side with the exterior door into the laundry area.

Though I do not need a home, I immensely enjoy your channel because you are a good host who knows your audience is of all levels. You know from a buyer's point of view how to walk thru a home and especially show a modular home works. Slab foundations I know are popular in areas of strong winds although bolting a home to its foundation, especially if modular, works well and also in earthquake country. My folks had a 23 foot Wilderness Trailer which had a full a bath albeit for hobbits, luckily it also was a shower. We convinced my Grandma to move from Chicago to a mobile home park in Napa CA where I was raised after moving there at age six a year after first moving from Chicago. My Grandma owned two mobile homes there, and I'd ride my bike there and play 500 Rummy and she'd share soda and fudge. Both her mobile homes were used but quite nice. If I ever want to live on land again I will get a small one like this--my ex, still my muse and BFF wants me to buy land in the mountains and go modular there.

I think this home has it all. For me is hard floors all over the house and absolutely NO carpets(I have 8 dogs 100-120 pounds each) The tile in the shower I would love a much lighter color. And absolutely NO wire shelving neither the pantry or the closets. Other than that if I ever need to move, this will be my first choice. Absolutely love ❤️ this home.

I work here at Silverpoint Homes in Lincolnton. We can have these floor registers installed wherever you want! this is just a model home, and there are actually no ducts ran on these. We cool and heat the models with a mini split unit.
