I love the TV room the most.I would like a front door closet and front sink instead of island.Over all it would be on my list to pick from.

I lived in an RV when I was 6 1/2 -7 yrs old. It was all plywood cabinets, floors, etc etc etc, Now - days they are mostly made of partical board and it is not nice when your bathroom floor falls out from under your feet when you step out of the bath. My husband new it was going to happen but did nothing. I will only live in one now if I KNOW for sure the floors are solid hardwood floors. And here in S Texas , definitely tied down real well.

I love the layout of this home. However, I noticed that the HVAC ductwork has the vent location in the Master bedroom on the floor right under where I would want to place my bed. That would be a no sale for me. Does anyone else ever find this kind of placement annoying? I also wondered if there would be enough clearance for a washer and dryer in the laundry room without hindering exit or entry at the back door. These are a couple of things to think about when seriously considering the purchase of a home Good job on the filming, and thank you so much for showing everything.

Hello, thanks for commenting 😊Yes, I have noticed that in some models the vents are placed in inconvenient locations. I wonder if they just get them in where they can or what lol and I totally agree with you as well concerning the space for the washer/dryer. I gotta remember to measure the areas, cause I think about that too. Thanks for the kind words, we're new to youtube ❤

I've watched a couple of your videos and they've all been lovely. The only thing I'd like to see is a window in the bathroom above the bath. Also I wonder if they could do a tiled shower in the master bathroom, that would bring this up another level. They stage these homes really nice too that helps visualise living there. There is not enough upper cabinet space for me & I do not like windows in the kitchen that do not open, especially in the kitchen! But overall the house is nice I love that there is a den/family room....

I hope it's better built than my 2 year old Clayton home. They look nice on a video but reality is they are cheaply made. Buyers beware.

Hi thanks for commenting, I personally like ceiling vents better & yes!!! I feel like the wire racks aren't sturdy enough 😂 I've had a bad experience with wire racks in the past.

You have to add another 40,000 to the budget and thatll be the real cost of this home. A Home Package should include Delivery and setup services. Its insane.
