Having briefly dabbled in making KZbin videos myself (and never to the extent you have or with superior quality and perfected editing as you did/do) that thought did go through my head, thinking of the amount of effort and time it must've taken you to produce those cinematic and incredible videos, which are like candy to the eyes in terms of car reviews! But good on you mate for getting back to how you really wanna conduct this whole channel, and getting back to being more in align with what you wanna do, and not just what you think others may prefer or like. I commend you massively on being so super honest and true to yourself! Cant wait to see your channel as you move forward and always here to support like many others :)

This thing is so beautiful! I have a 1986 Celica ST161 unfortunately it's fwd but it's super light and has good low end torque. The body kinda reminds of AE86, MR2, and FC. Its my moms car and I' trying to rebuild it but there's just so much money that it needs 🥲

Having owned a late spec one of these cars since 2005 - my comment maybe a little biased :-) It's the only car I've owned in the last 25 years that I will never willingly sell. Through all the stressful times in my life - I just jump in this car and all my troubles become a distance memory. It's the one I'll keep on the road at all costs.

I don’t think this one was the WRC, one of 2500 or so made, there would normally be a spoiler on the top of the bonnet near the washers and it should have a water injection system for the exhaust manifold. I am lucky to own one and like you, love it to pieces. I have had mine for 16 years keeping it as standard as your reviewed vehicle but still with standard shocks and body kit. I have now taken it to spain to soak up the sun not the rain. Loved the review, keep up the great work

At 6:55 you mentioned that TRD did some trickery to getting more boost is correct. However, I assume you did your research correctly, which would have revealed that, putting it bluntly; they cheated and got caught by the racing scrutineers at that time. This is the reason they were banned and there were some red faces at TRD and I do understand that you have to be diplomatic in what you say. All said, it took a lot of ingenuity and engineering on their part to come up with this trickery, which was painstakingly explained in several publications. I am a fan of WRC and have built scale models of WRC cars, which TRD collaborated with TAMIYA Model Company, which included the previous WRC Celica GT Four and subsequently the WRC Corolla but not this model, perhaps because of it notoriety? However, TAMIYA did make the street version of this car (which I have) but yet to build. I am pretty sure other teams may well have resorted to such measures back then, but were not caught. I do enjoy watching your video and do keep them coming. Thank you for indulging me.
