Hello Shane,The base is still plastic and for your question above about them being numbered,I honestly think they’re limited edition a 1000 pieces as this is a CLDC Exclusive which can only be purchased along with the magazine,However I do not see a number on it.Thank you for checking out my video and welcome to my diecast channel ;)
