I would use a cleaner that was made for the material in your car. If you keep using the all purposes cleaner it might dry out the leather/rubber/vinyls and crack over time.

when you use oil based product on your dashboard and trims, the heat from the sun makes the plastic sort of evaporate and when there are already the synthetic oils in the plastic and you add more oils on top of that it will go on all the windows especially the windshield and will damage the interior over time :)

Cupcake liners are a great addition for the cup holders. The liner will catch all those little balls of dirt, lint and what not. Then when it's time to clean again you simply replace the cupcake liner. Great video, thanks

Great DIY spray and scent I would just spray the clothes pin the color of my interior so it matches more, loved it and I will do it for mine. Also you should consider getting a manual charger in case your battery dies, and a few cans of flat fix, and a funnel in case you run out of gas on the highway and have to get gas unless you have a membership to AAA.

first aid case and the safety triangle are bot things which are nice to have they are important. you cant drive without it. i know the us is not really responsible with those things but in germany where i live you have to have it. if the police stops you for a normal controll they will want to see it and if you dont have it you get a ticket

Love your tips. My one tip for you is to keep your umbrella in your glove compartment. If it's pouring you don't want to have to get out to go to the back of the car to retrieve it. Sort of defeats the purpose :)

This is definitely a great guide on how to clean/organise your car. One tip I will add is make sure if you make your own cleaner that is has no silicones in it. That'll destroy your interior quicker than a 5 year old with a chocolate biscuit. Also after cleaning you'll have to use something to protect the plastic/leather/vinyl in the car otherwise they are a lot more prone to sun damage and cracking. High end vehicle cleaning and protecting products such as Bowden's Own and autoglym are great at this is don't tend to use harsh chemicals that may upset people with asthma or allergies. Just a helpful few tips :)

I just used this product today and I am more than pleased with the results. The other ingredients balance out the oil so there is no residue. You could also just use less oil. Also, I sprayed the cleaner onto my microfiber cloth and wiped everything down. I wouldn't recommend spraying directly onto the surfaces.

***** I think it is important. I am not an essential oil pusher but I know what an Ylang ylang is. it is a type of orchid found deep in the forests. I believe this is helpful to people who would decide to purchase such essential oil. What if you go to whole foods (or where ever else you intend to procure it) and then you get disappointed to find out there is no such Yin Yang. just saying.

+F San Jose for me I like to know how things are pronounced because I think it is a form of basic respect. :) like other people might pronounce your name in one way, but in actuality you pronounce it another. I would go along with the version you say because that is your name, just like the creator of a particular brand or food or whatever it is chose something, I would pronounce it the way he or she decides.

Sand....Ahhhh it's my nemesis, our kids love the beach, but the aftermath of sand makes me wanna cry. Loved this video. I'm definitely trying that DIY air freshener. Brilliant idea!!!

On the diy air freshener you could take mini clothes pins and just put 1 Pompom with essential oil... just putting it out there because not all people like having something big sticking out of their air vents... I've been using the smaller one for about 1 year and I think it worked out better with the small ones rather than the big ones in my car

if you're tight on cash then use the inexpensive cheaper one :p but i like to save up for non-toxic alternatives & I'm sure that's what she does (:

I don't know... I wouldn't put tampons and money in one cup. Money is filthy. You don't know where people's hands have been before handling money lol

I'm so going to the store to get what I need to make that "air freshener clip." I'm tired of buying those Febreeze vent clips. 😒 The other air freshener methods don't last long. I hope this will! Great video! ☺️

It's probably because it's a voice-over, so she recorded it at her computer with a microphone and dubbed it over the video.
