5:56 in french we call it "une tache de propre", litterally : " a clean stain". Visually, you think it's a stain but in fact it's a clean area in the middle of a light dusty area. And most people will think : " damn...this chemical made a stain on my fabric.." Paradox : the only clean area is becoming the problematic area. lol

Removing stains in leather seats on Honda Pilot. The interior is a light grey. The stains are a liquid drink or it grease stains from fast food. Any suggestions?

Thanks again, Darren! I tend to set my bottle sometimes on the console/armrest, especially in trucks that have the big one. After doing my final inspections, I've noticed rings of dirt/debris before. Simple wipe up does the trick, but you're right, it's something to always keep cognizant of on where you're setting your bottle.

Great great video! So many people making these videos and they don’t want to tell you what cleaner they are using. Some people are watching these videos are trying to find out what cleaner the professionals are using.

Great video, Darren! As someone who's been following you for a while, I appreciate the info you share. One question: what made you switch from Meguiar's APC to Simple Green? Is there something about the chemicals in the Meguiar's that you were trying to get away from? Thanks again!

Simple green seems to be a good go-to product. Gotta try some. Thanks for the video.

The lumbar portion of the seat has a nice stain now, wouldn't u clean from top down?

I wish I would’ve taken before and after photos but I live by the beach so I had salt water stains mixed with sweat and sunblock. I also deliver food so I had a few food stains and this worked. I bought everything from Walmart for pretty cheap and followed his directions. I even used diluted simple green and wow. Besides 1 pizza grease stain, EVERYTHING came up and my car smells better too. It dried quickly and I’m going to try it again on the grease stain tomorrow but this guys advice is great! Thanks!

Hey Darren what can I used for black Steel running boards from not looking faded or dull.

Very helpful thanks Darren just goes to show you don’t need to get out the fancy shampoo machine and drench the seat 👍
@Lilripper8505 жыл бұрын
EcogreenDetail That may be true to make it appear clean but now because the chemicals were not rinsed out of the seat with a fancy carpet machine the stain will attract new stains and make it get dirty very quickly. Look at this car a month later I guarantee you the seat will be even dirtier than it was.

James O'Brien I’m a bit confused 🤷♂️ about your reply. Darren did a great job on the seat ,so what i said was it just goes to show you don’t need to drench the seat with a shampoo machine.

Great video Darren, do you make look simple. I am very fan of your channel and I seen a different video of the CSI cream x polish and i very interested on this product. But my question is, I don't have a rotary polisher, can I have the same result with DA using a wool pad or microfiber and then a finishing foam pad? Thank for share your experience.
@autofetishdetail5 жыл бұрын
You can eventually get the same results; it will just take longer. And you need to also accept that not all polishers are created equal so some DA polishers will require more work. There all many factors to consider when it comes to polishing a car and paint correction. The polish I am involved with (CSI) is simply a simple answer to one of the many complexities to car polishing. But a very significant answer at that!

Great video, did you clean the stain on the backrest? 🤔🤔
@mARTin-Alexander5 жыл бұрын
Yes, the hard way... I sat a bottle of APC on the armrest of a red leather Aston Martin DB9... my van had a TFR spill and resulted in a pink ring from the bottom of the bottle... lesson truly learned and £250 from my wallet.
