Hey Randy, I just wanna say thank you for all the videos you have made these past few months. I started my own detailing business and learned so much from you. I can confidently say I am better at detailing than I was before. Also, how long should an interior cleaning take? I am trying to get more efficient at that.
@detailingbeyondlimits Жыл бұрын
Hey Oscar, that is awesome! Thank you for the kinds words, I truly appreciate it. As for how long it should be taking you to complete an interior detail can depend on many factors such as a vehicles condition and what exactly will you be doing or what kind of service will you be providing. I’d say a maintenance interior job could take you up to an hour and a half alone maybe 2 hours at the very most. A more thorough job or full interior job should be about to 2-3 hours maybe even 4 depending on the vehicles condition. As you gain experience and master a lot of techniques as well as stick with a process/ procedure, it will become more simple for you therefore becoming better and better as time goes by. Hope that helps :)

@@detailingbeyondlimits what would u recommend
@detailingbeyondlimits Жыл бұрын
@@jasonmorales5408 You can always start off using the customers resources (power and water) so all you would have to do is buy long enough/durable hoses. Hose - amzn.to/3G6v1Nr Extension Cord - amzn.to/40psZ46 But if you'd also like to get a generator from the get go I would purhcase either of these options below: amzn.to/3QOzk69 amzn.to/46Yq0C1 If I had to start over with all the knowledge I now have I would start off with either or due to the fact that they are inverter generators meaning they will be super quiet, are more compact and energy efficient as well as can take up 4000-peak watts. All at a fraction of a price if you were to buy it somewhere else like Harbor frieght which 3500 watts+ tend to be over $900 and are way bigger in size requiring you to have enough space to carry it.

$80-$100 cad minimum depending on the dirt level
@detailingbeyondlimits Жыл бұрын
Ultimately you want to charge a price you’re comfortable with. A couple of things you should factor in should be on average, how long it takes you to complete this specific job and how effective you are at doing it. Having a base price is always a good idea to start from and from there you can quote as necessary based on a vehicles condition. Also, you can actually choose to have a separate price for each the carpet and the seats. It not only makes sense from a business perspective but also makes things more simple for you the detailer.

Hey Leandro, for the P&S Interior Cleaner many people choose to use it straight out of the gallon and others will go ahead and dilute it at a 1:1 ratio. So depending on how dirty an interior is you can go ahead and make that decision.
