After reading about this product (ie don't use it on old cracked tires, burns skin) I feel scared to even try it out. I'd rather spend more and buy Optimum Super Cleaner - thoughts advice? should I shouldn't I? I just bought a set of Enkei J10 and it says on there not to use strong chems - is superclean in that category?

does superclean leave a residue that will attract more dirt?
@wilsonautodetailing6 жыл бұрын
Nope. That is sort of a misnomer in the Detailing world, there’s no such thing as a cleaner “attracting” dirt. There may be some that cause dirt to stick a little easier, but this is not one of those
@RedRoofer-l3k6 ай бұрын
he's wrong you have to neutralize it or they will get dirtier way faster

I have an old dodge Dakota I was trying to clean it but it has a lot of dirt steins just wondering what if I did what u did but after their was a lot of steins left instead of cleaning it it looked worst
@wilsonautodetailing7 жыл бұрын
ProngedVermin0 Alex sometimes if the staining is really serious, you're going to have to do some extraction. In other words, the stain is so bad that no amount of scrubbing or mopping up will fix it, you've got to pull the stain out with an extractor 👍🏻👍🏻 and if you don't then the cleaner will stir up the stain but not get rid of it
@thesquirtlesquad8427 жыл бұрын
Wilson Auto Detailing alright that probably happened imma have to ready it up and do it on my dead tho for the seats son super clean is 1:4 ratio what do u recommend as to amount to use.
@thesquirtlesquad8427 жыл бұрын
I also did the carpet with extractor but theirs still dirt stains left I manage to get most stains out imma just go over it again u think a steamer would help more
@wilsonautodetailing7 жыл бұрын
It's sounds like in your situation that there is going to be a certain amount of staining that is permanent, and that is another huge part of detailing, possibly the most important, which is just managing your expectations when cleaning cars that are extremely dirty, eventually there will be some things that cannot be fixed...
@wilsonautodetailing7 жыл бұрын
I don't think I understand the question
@jonjeys16 жыл бұрын
It would greatly help when stating ratios that you state how parts of what product. As for example you state 5 to 1 leaves most of us are left to assume you mean 5 parts cleaner to 1 part water or is it the opposite?
@Americaacp6 жыл бұрын
Jon Jeys the “1” is always the product the other number is water
@tyronenur23734 жыл бұрын
Jon Jeys if the whole point is to dilute the cleaning agent why would you have 5 parts cleaner 😂😂
@matthoffman6962 Жыл бұрын
I know this comment is super old but it actually depends on the bottle used. Example, a 32oz bottle 4:1 is 6.4oz of product and 25oz of water roughly.

Can I remove spray paint of car Interior roof MG 360 roof
@garrettmarders73184 жыл бұрын
I’m gonna say no. Stains on headlines are a very delicate thing. If you saturate the headliner too much you could damage the adhesive and cause sagging
@tracyvelisek85624 жыл бұрын
I’d just remove the headliner, get some new headliner material as carefully as possible so you can use it as a template on the new material) use some 3m heavy duty spray adhesive (let it get tack before applying new headliner material). Then gently center the material and press/smooth it down. Use a plastic spackling spatula to push the edges down underneath the plastic parts around the ceiling. If it falls, you waited too long for the adhesive to dry. That’s the hardest part. Waiting for the spray glue to not be too wet or too dry
