I hope you're wrong. Not because I disagree with the stance, but because I think the Federal government needs to stay out of it. Overturning Roe v Wade didn't ban abortion; it gave power back to the states to decide for themselves. As of this date, the election for the control of the U.S. House of Representatives remains in question, but note: That what is not in question, due to well known 2020 census errors, is that some Red states have illegitimately been deprived of the number of seats in the House that they deserve. Additionally some House seats, because of those census errors, have falsely been awarded to Blue states. Thus as many as 6 House seat could wrongly be assigned to favor the Democratic Party.
