Another great clean! You asked about putting hubby's clothes away- I fold all of his clothes and put them into a designated clothing basket for him. I am very much like you- one in/one out. My sweet hubby is like Chase, "If it fits I will probably wear it". His closet and drawers make me feel a little anxious, so I just have him put his stuff away. I adore the neutral colors of your home and wardrobe. Simple, relaxing, classic and minimal.

Everyone is in charge of their own laundry in my house, just as I was in charge of mine from about the time I was 14. My friends and I would go to the laundromat together to do our wash. I have sons, and I always knew one day when I had daughter-in-laws they’d appreciate that my boys could do stuff for themselves - and now that I do, they absolutely do appreciate it. 👍🏻

I mostly end up putting my feonce's laundry away too, though I often sit it out for him to do, but then in the end it is faster if I just do it myself. He is not too found of the laundry, but then again so much better than me at keeping up with the kitchen. Different "pain" points for different areas, so we utilize how to divide to get most done with least pain and effort :)

Motivating video Ashley! My 13 & 15 year old are responsible for their own laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away). I mostly do mine and my husband's laundry. If he's around or wants to help he will but I can't leave his laundry out because I just want it done and put away. We both have a daily commute to our jobs and make a good team keeping the house running as smooth as possible. Sometimes it takes an army! :-)

My husband and I each do our own laundry. I wash the towels and sheets because I like it done a certain way. Have a sprayer nozzle on the shower makes a huge difference when it comes to cleaning it. I also love my e-cloth mop. Thanks for recommending it in your videos.

That's awesome that Chase helps....mine has tried several times over the course of our marriage to help out but bless his heart I always have to stop him. Regarding the laundry; it is just my husband and I and I am retired so I do my laundry daily and put it all away as soon as it's done! Such a good feeling to just get it done and put away! I leave a dish washing wand with dawn and vinegar and give it a wipe down after I shower and rinse it once I step out, I also squeegee and dry the shower doors (I have a detachable shower head helps sooo much) Where did you get the mini cupcake stand you have your sponge on in the kitchen? We just moved into our new home and we have the dark wood in the main living areas and it is SO hard to keep it from looking dirty, it shows everything! Hey Ashley, I have a fantastic method for cleaning the shower. It seems like a bit of extra effort but saves me from scrubbing! After every shower, I not only squeegee down the glass but the walls and floor too. I then get a rag and wipe away any remaining water. Soap scum builds up on remaining water so no remaining water = no soap scum/mold. It all only takes and extra 1-2 minutes. However, I do bleach the floor of my shower around once a month for peace of mind, but since using this method I honestly haven't had an soap scum in my shower anyway so bleach hasn't been necessary. Hope this helps!

For my shower very few day I just spray it down and the rinse it of no scrubbing needed or anything and that keeps a nice and clean then maybe very two week I use a magic eraser sponge and I just wet it and then scrub it out and it doesn’t take that long it works really well magic eraser sponges and my fav

They are designed to clean with only water. Normal microfiber clothes don’t do that. They are actually a fraction of the price compared to norwex.

I do laundry everyday. I actually love doing laundry! I fold it straight out of the dryer and when it’s all done, I give the kids their stuff and then when we head up at night, we take up the basket of our stuff and put it away together.

My husband helps put away laundry sometimes and will also fold it if I ask him. I'm a bit picky with how my laundry is folded but I make allowances when he helps. I did all the laundry and house chores but I taught both our boys and girls to clean and do laundry. I taught them all to work together. I also taught them to manage money and balance their checkbooks. I was blessed to be a stay at home Mom. I babysat to help with the bills. Hey Ashley, I remember once in a video you mentioned you changed the light bulbs out above your island to bright led bulbs. What kind are they and are they clear? I was going to try to swap the bulbs out in my pendants to see if I like a brighter light like you mentioned but I having trouble finding bulbs because my pendants are glass so obviously I don’t want ugly bulbs. I clean houses for a living...stone showers need special cleaners that are PH neutral...most commercial shower cleaners will dull your stone over time. Dawn dishsoap and a magic eraser will remove soap scum. You can use a dishwand and scrub while you are in there showering and squeegee after for daily maintenance. But your method granite cleaner is a good weekly cleaner too.

I do most of the cleaning inside the house and if I need help with something my husband will do it. He does all the yard work and car maintenance. He also cooks a lot. I think we have a good balance. Maybe try asking your boyfriend for help and see what happens after all you are his girlfriend not his maid.

We treat the inside of our glass shower door with RainX about once a month and it makes the water bead off. Also use a dollar tree magic eraser on the doors with glass cleaner ..takes everything off

I use Norwex clothes, similar to the e cloths you use. I use water to clean my glass and mirrors and the cloth, and my shower I use baking soda, a dash of dish soap, I make a paste and a norwex bath mitt, then rinse it all off,I give it a wipe down while in the shower maybe once a week, that’s it. As I watch you do the dishes before you load the dishwasher, I wonder why people do this? My thought is I might as well just rinse and put them away because I’ve just washed them lol. I just sold my dishwasher, I never used it. Been married for almost 19 years and maybe used it 2 times a year, We have three in our family as well and not many dishes are used. I just always preferred hand washing. I just had drawers put in the empty space. I put the clothes away when I do laundry, I’m right in the room anyway, and I’m like you, if my daughter is busy I will do it or she will, no biggie ☺️Thought I’d share ☺️❤️xoxo

Method Daily Shower spray has changed my life. We just spray the shower quickly when we’re finished and it stays incredibly clean and makes the bathroom smell amazing. We have white tile and white grout in our shower and it was horrible. Now it stays white and sparkling.

Our 17 yr old does her own laundry, our 6 & 4 year old help a lot. Husband....lol. I wash & fold everything, however he takes care of his work clothes. - I was tired of organizing it, for him to just mess it up. Ha, so now it's his mess. Try filling up a dish soap wand with dawn and vinegar. It will works wonders in your shower plus it’s convenient so you can always clean the shower while using it. The bristle wand would probably work better in your shower with the tile and grout.

I always forget to mention, is there a way you can adjust the sound so the music isn’t louder than your voiceovers? I see many youtubers have this issue and I’m constantly turning the sound up for talking and down for volume. Yours isn’t anywhere near as bad as others :) I just need to find my headphones, always trying to watch your videos when everyone’s asleep haha

Laundry folding is my zen. The kids always put their own things away (teens), but I put away hubby’s things while I’m putting away my own. The teens know how to do laundry, too, and chip in when I need it. But they do a lot of the other cleaning, so I don’t ask often.
