Omg! I have an old gas fireplace I haven't used much since we moved in because the pilot light acted iffy....and the fire was too much or little. I just looked up the gas valve you mentioned and that's all of my symptoms! Going to try getting that replaced and see if I can enjoy my fireplace for once. I'm excited.

I had mentioned that once before like a nice crème color to update all of the different sofas and chairs in the house would look beautiful and washable. I use them myself and they are so pretty don’t have to worry about pet hairs just throw them in the washer and dryer every week🙂

I have the ihome cheap robot vacuum from Walmart. I've had it now 2 years it is a beast...I have an old Doberman and great Pyranees and it cuts the work down 80%. It forces you to quick pickup your floor (big items) but helps keep a routine around here and floors clean. Anyone with pets, (as long as they won't attack it lol because I've seen that before with some) it's a need!

I bought my mom a robot vacuum for her birthday back in January. She has a cockerspaniel & he sheds so much that she also had to sweep and mop her home everyday just to keep up with it. She absolutely loves the robot vacuum. I bought her one that sweeps and mops and she said it really keeps the hair down to a minimum. Now she only has to clean the floors herself every week or so. I’ve visited her twice (in May and in August) and I barely saw any dog hair. I used to see little balls of fur in the corners of stuff but when I was out there in August the only place I saw dog hair was when I moved the couch to grab something. It’s definitely a financial investment but I highly recommend that you get one just help save the amount of time you’ll spend on cleaning after your pets

I went through the same with the kids last year. They just wanted crafts. Just get what they want, & it'll turn out great. I was worried, but I was proud of myself. They were happy with everything!❤ 🎃

Yes exactly! I don’t want to buy anything unnecessary they will just throw away. Michaels has good coupons. I’m thinking gift cards, that way they can use them to shop when they want specific craft materials.

Hey Shawna!❤ Happy Saturday. The fireplace looks wonderful. I wish I still had one in this house. I had one in my old house I live in Minnesota so you know we’re running neck to neck with that coldness.😂 it’s pretty chilly up here as well. You know, all of my children are grown. One of the things I regret is not taking more time for myself when they were kids. It has carried over into my recent years and I’m really working hard on self-love and doing things that make me happy. Awesome! You know we put the kids first always! For my health and sanity I am trying to make me happy to keep feeling my best while I work hard. Yes the cold is moving in. I’m not excited for the long gloomy months but I’m grateful warmth is our main obstacle. I know it’s not the same but have you seen the electric fireplace we have in our master bedroom? It’s not built in but it packs a nice pinch of heating a space and looks so cozy.

If you're interested, you can put a can of cream of chicken soup in your chicken and dumplings to bring a little thickness and some really rich flavor. That's how I cheat mine into more yumminess😊

You can either get sofa covers or recover the sofas...but you won't be able to transfer the sofa bed to another sofa without messing the new one up...

Yes. One is starting to break in the arm, the small one so I fear if it does we may have to fix it. Appearance wise I’m gonna get some couch covers to try and switch it up because I really don’t mind the couches but just to get change.
