Serious question (I'm not making a dig at anyone) but why is this happening? Is it expensive to dump waste in England and that is why people are just dumping their waste wherever? I'm just assuming, but if it were easy to get rid of the waste, and not expensive, this wouldn't happen. This seems like they are spending so much money to clean it up - figure out why it's happening and stop it at the source.

These people are amazing. Britain is such a beautiful country. Here in Canada the government legalised marijuana. It is a good source of income for them, controls the quality and prevents the criminals from lacing the product with other more harmful drugs. It also takes a lot of money away from organised crime.
