I had difficulty sleeping and it lead to severe migraines. Started drinking lemon balm green tea before bed and it changed my life . I will suggest it to anyone who’s having sleep issues.

Great video. Thank you for sharing. Please talk to us about the best time, how and do you wash it before drying. 💐🙏
@CleanFoodLiving2 жыл бұрын
Assuming one is growing it themself and not spraying it with chemicals, there's no need to wash it before drying. Anytime once the leaves are green and full is ok to harvest. Spring to early summer I suppose would be most optimum since the leaves are at their richest.
@alicedemarisco696 Жыл бұрын
Great ideas! I can’t seem to find information on if you should wash it straight from the garden… When I wash things like basil, it does not dehydrate very well… I also consider that I have disrupted the oils

Not mint, but in mint family.

Lemon balm and mint belong to the same horticultural genus but are two distinct plants. You can easily identify them by crushing leaves and smelling the oils. Lemon balm can grow in sunnier locations than mint varieties..
