@Captain Napalm KY weather is the most inconsistent SOB ever, I’ve been to 28 states and Canada and KY goes through every season multiple times in one day. It’s so annoying, right now it’s been low/mid 90s which is pretty low for here. Late July and August it will probably be 100F or so mostly. It’s also humid as hell, in the 90% for humidity almost everyday it’s awful 😂

I cleaned my truck yesterday, that heat and humidity gets to you. We’re more used to -45C than +45C! What a transformation, brings back memories of my Dad’s truck. Super job, be proud of this one! 🔥

You got to remember though we here in western Canada rarely see this kind of heat. Here in Alberta it reached 44C (111F) which is unheard of. You also might want to keep in mind that because it rarely gets very hot here most homes DO NOT have air conditioning like you do.

my grandfather bought a '02 F-150 brand new. (he passed in '04) My father has it to this day and just today I finished restoring it. It has very minimal rust and only 80K mi. on the odometer. Seeing this brings a smile to my face just like my dad when he saw his truck.

Growing up my dad had a red 94 gmc Sierra. I loved that damn truck so much. I learned to drive in that truck. The entire interior was red just like the outside and she was a beast when you hit the gas pedal! Loved watching this detail! Took me back to my childhood. Great job!

What a cool story Mitch about the Dad having owned the truck originally. That pretty much explains how over 20+ years it never got cleaned. That blue is beautiful. That skunk Mike should have loaned you some shorts for the majority of the detail instead of you having to work the long hot night in pants. Glad you took some time to sleep and rest up for the 2nd half of the detail. The owner was thrilled with the end result. You did an amazing job! Have a well deserved turn on the couch!!

Those seats are so plush and comfortable, like a cozy armchair. My butt and hip starts to hurt in my car now after 45 minutes or so, no padding at all. Great outcome, truck looks fantastic!

You did an excellent job on that 94. The owner was very smart getting it detailed the truck deserves it. In my opinion that's the last era truck that was made that actually is a real truck and was very dependable. I own a 1995 not in as good of shape but I take care of it and hope to make it look brand new because I think it'll out last my 2020.
