I totally get it. A lot of people don’t get vitamin d3 like they use to 30 years ago. Get a supplement at least 1000 mg of d3 a day. It will help some with depression I promise.

I love that you’re very raw and real on your platforms instead of putting on a show and pretending to live a perfect life. In reality not everyone is free of anxiety, always clean, always put together, getting enough sleep & always eating healthy foods 24/7. When we get in ruts, the thought of cleaning and getting ourselves together sounds so draining. Getting up and doing it, imagining myself doing it can be tiring. But the feeling once it’s all done, is amazing! I feel so much better even if the problems going on in life are still present. Cleaning my apartment, doing the dishes, laundry, vacuuming, putting up clothes then lighting my candles, putting on KZbin or a movie then showering and doing skincare makes me feel BRAND NEW! Especially when the sheets are freshly washed 😩😩👏🏼💖 I don’t have anyone in my personal life that I can relate to when it comes to this, having anxiety or grieving so I appreciate that you put this out there. Also we’re the same age so it makes me feel more ~normal~ ^sorry this was as long as a Stephen King novel. A girl has been stressed with work, my apartment front office being mean & I lost a ton of important documents in my move so I’m a huge ball of anxiety and tears this week 😂

I lost my chihuahua on July 22 before my birthday and I honestly didn’t feel like celebrating my birthday but i did anyway because I turned 20 this year and I didn’t want to miss out on anything and plus my family was soo respectful and caring and loving. Wow Niki you made this video during the perfect time for me. I’ve had the most stressful week with schoo because I’m really bad with procrastinating and I had to face a mountain of different summer homeworks.
