I am late on commenting by a lot but I will say after reading the comments on what everyone looks at it gives me ideas about what to make sure is extra clean. I have always lived by what my mom always said, I always look at the state of the kitchen ( sink and stove) and the bathroom (toilet and sink) if those are nasty it is probably a good idea not to eat anything there. I don't judge the living room (especially if they have small children) or the counters really again for the same reason. You never know if the kids spilled something on the counters during a cleaning of another room and the child tried to clean it up the best they could. I also want to say I am going to use all these ideas. This video is amazing and love your house.

What do you do with a guest that comes every 3 months helps a lot but basically looks under the stove behind the washer and dryer etc. And btw Is your mom who takes care of your family while you are undergoing surgery or big stuff like that.
