The water seems entering the tank, need to change(clear) water pipe. I changed my TB500 small waterhole (which completely blocked) to new big hole pipe. Thanks for very informative video.

This much debris is not be from petrol for sure. The inferior paint and material quality only is the problem. RE should use better sheet metal, sand blast it and epoxy coating should be applied to the tank inner wall, this problem can be avoided to a great extent.

Sorry for the very delayed reply Sharath. You should clean it once a year. The main cause of clogging is if you are refueling your bike form any petrol pump. Make sure to keep teh fuel level upto 80 % always that will reduce the cause of corrosion in side the fuel tank.
