No you are not the only one whose house gets messy. The quote you shared about the elders being in a war brought tears to this senior's eyes. It is nice to see that someone understands what we are fighting right now. Prayer helps a lot. One of our grocery stores in town have created a special 1 1/2 hr every morning for seniors and others at higher risk to shop early before opening up to the public so we can avoid crowds. That really means a lot to me. There are compassionate, kind people out there. Yes social media can be good. And guess what,I found toilet paper! I was down to my last roll. God is good. It is so funny how just the thin little things can make you happy. Thanks for the support this morning .You make me laugh. Keep on,keeping on.God Bless. 😀

@@gungho1284 Yet every death is one too many. As if people are expendable just like that. This comment definitely went down the wrong way. My mom comes from a family of 10 children, and 2 girls died in infancy, one from the flu and one in 1943 from unnecessary surgery! My grandma talked of those children all throughout her life. Every child knows the story well, and every grandchild. Every life counts! No matter how "big" or how small the family.

Yes! My home is very similar to yours... Warm, inviting, lived in, but not perfect. There's always something to be done, to repair, and to clean. Honestly, this is one of the reasons I adore your channel. I put your videos on and feel like I'm hanging out with a friend, someone who is in a similar chapter of life. I wish you knew what a wonderful person you are with a special gift to make others feel good, happy and laugh. There’s not too many people out there that can fill your shoes. We really do live in our homes & sometimes especially when you have young ones it gets to be a little crazy. So keep doing & going forwards. Kim, I SO appreciate that you're not doing a strict routine while your kids are home. That's where I'm at too. I'm giving them structure in their days, which they need but I'm also just letting them be kids. I see this as a once in a lifetime thing. Our kids will probably never be home from school with us like this again, so I'm trying to enjoy as many moments as I can. It's hard bc it's chaotic and weird and everyday is different and something changes but the ONLY constant is our Faith and our trust in God and our family around us. Yes, teachers are amazing! I'm following the guidelines that my children's teachers are providing. I always love how real you are. My house is always a mess, and my kids fight a lot, and my kids are happy. They don't need 100% structured time. In my opinion as long as they are getting their school work done, let them be kids. Everything was cancelled why do we have to still structure every second of a child's life. Sorry, just my thoughts. Appreciate your videos everyday an I truly appreciate your realness!
