I’m not a huge crock pot fan either but I have a few recipes I love it for! Super simple one I love: 2 or 3 chicken breasts Can of yellow corn (don’t drain!! Throw the juice in too) Can of rotel Can of black beans rinsed and drained Block of cream cheese Half a packet of ranch seasoning Half a packet of taco seasoning Cook for 6 hours on low - take out chicken and shred, then add back and stir it all together. We serve it over rice!

just a heads up that flour from costco is bleached :( I bought it too before I realized. check the ingredients list for peroxide.
