Thanks for keeping it real ✌🏻I’m really struggling this week, I’ve spent most of the week in bed while the kids were at school 😔 Taking it slow today doing various jobs in 5-10 minute increments because that’s all I feel like I can manage. Mandy, I am a wee bit older than you and the last week I went into a deep funk and anxious over so much 'stuff', and my house went to pot. I watched your video and got so motivated I went to clean my bathroom and before I knew where I was, I found myself with a lovely clean house and feeling like I threw out my funk with the rubbish for the bin men to take and get rid of. I also have pets that follow me everywhere like you do. Lol

Your doing great, my house is in a wreck too. You giving me a lot of clean motivation, some days are hard especially with anxiety. I can totally relate to not liking getting ready in the morning and being hot, I take my fan in the bathroom it helps to stay cool.

Good heavens , thank you for being transparent! I just watched a ton of videos in a summit online kind of thing, and it was so far away from me. You keep it real. And yes, there are days when ll I want to do is sit on the couch and stare at the wall. If Covid has taught ME anything, it is that it is OK to not be okay, and we need to self care more.

I know what you mean about getting ready. My hair is curly and so I always blow it out, but the heat from the blower makes me sweat and my bangs are damp and curled up after I finish. More than not I have to go back and blow my bangs out again before we leave the house. It is frustrating.
