To everyone saying “why are stones falling out” just so you understand. When you get jewelry set with a lot of stones (especially if you’re moving and jumping around like a DJ) after a year plus or so, a stone or a few may fall out. Especially the more active you are. If you don’t have any jewelry it’s understandable you may not know this, but it’s almost inevitable. I encourage those questioning this to either go to a jeweler or get a piece of jewelry and wear it for 365 days and jump around and see if a few stones fall out, if your jeweler says no stones will ever fall out. They’re liars don’t trust them. Hence why I made a video servicing and touching up a chain (FOR FREE) to show how we take care of such things

All jewelers have this, the stones are so small that the gold hooks holding them in place are tiiiiny. Gold is soft, anything hard bumping into it can loosen a hook
