I bought a 2004 Toyota Avensis that has been sitting for nearly 11 years before it was resurrected like in all the detailing KZbin channels. Well, after driving it for 2 weeks everything falls apart and the smell of mold and shrooms is coming back since the air freshener scent is gone. The car is now going back to the dealer and I get a refund. Don't buy cars that looked like this once, they will not make you as happy as your OCD suggests.

this is very satisfying and a great job. Here in Argentina it is impossible to do something like this because cars are very expensive ( we have a salary between 100 and 200 dollars per month) and you will never see an abandoned car, no matter how old and wrecked it is. detailing shops exist but there is no profit in buying and cleaning a car because they are not abandoned. I kept making these videos, they are great!

@Lasergun744 жыл бұрын
You would be very lucky to find one not completely rusted away... it’s a real pity that build quality and materials were very poor in Alfas of that era (the company was really down on money just before Fiat acquisition). Technically the Alfasud was a great piece of engineering, with very refined solutions like 4 disk brakes, with the anteriors mounted close to the differential to minimize unsprung mass, and a mighty 4cyl boxer engine. Love the Alfasud! ❤️

Woohoo, you chose my question so I suppose I should answer it. My dream car to restore would be a 73 LJ Torana from Australia. Basically an extended Vauxhall. They had the fast version called the XU-1 and the color would be Strike-me-Pink. I'd leave it fairly standard. BTW, on one of your early videos, you played a song called The Sceptre by Alan Walker. It was the first time I heard it and it's now my ringtone so I have you to thank for that. Another bit of useless information for you at no cost to yourself. This Swift was a rotter but it turned out a winner. Thanks for yet another great video. Be safe.
