Thank you so much. Mine is new, but from day one, the shower screen has been clogged and squirting irritating little streams in all directions (mostly into my eyes). I tried contacting the seller (in China, I think) two times and they responded quickly, but were not really helpful at all. Your video is all I needed to understand what to do. Again thank you for taking the time to make this very helpful video.

Do you really need to replace those mineral balls or cleaning it will be enough and will be effective in filtering the water like new the ones?

Yes but as it is a scam then no.

Yeah. They work the same way water filters for drinking work, you can obviously use them as long as you like, but filtering becomes less and less effective as time goes by and eventually they'll stop filtering altogether. It's recommended to replace them every 8 - 10 months. The minerals are also inexpensive I found some on ebay for £3something

I took it a apart to soak the beads and clean the shower 🚿 head. I put it back together and now it doesn't work the same. Instead of 3modes it's only 1😕

there is a small spring and 2 balls one small one large that goes in a hole above the click switch u have prob lost a ball or the spring inside i took mine apart and took ages to find the spring as dropped it..
