I simply CAN NOT believe it!! This is the only video I've watched by so many sellers and users that have the pressure line strapped to the vac hose!! Not tripping over them, nor constantly kicking them out of the way. We have been preaching this for nearly 5 decades, yet few seem to adopt this safety practice. BRAVO!! Al Cooper. Hi Is there a smaller version of this machine to use for residential 5bedroom home? I like to buy this machine since it cleans hardware floors well and restore it like new especially since my bathroom usually get dirty fast due male to kids who pee outside of toilet bowl throughout the weeks at time. Where can I order one online since I’m in Hawaii?

Remember these machines are about 4,000 bucks. There are cheaper carpet extractors that can also be used to clean hard floors with a floor tool. The biggest issue is having a machine with a high psi sprayer 800 psi to 1200 psi for example.

Hi there I wonder if you can help me I'm starting a pressure washing company and would like to offer tile and grout cleaning. The machine I'm looking to purchase is a 4000 psi at 4 gpm. This would be to strong to use on tile and grout ??? Would i be better off buying a separate 1500 psi machine to use with the surface cleaner on tile and grout. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.

George, The older grout is the harder it gets just like concrete. If grout is weak it was weak the day it was installed. Air entrapment or overhydration are the only causes. overuse of acid cleaners is the second reason for weakened grout as it is often not rinsed or neutralized.

can we have sq ft coverage per hour
@TheTurboman23 жыл бұрын
I've been cleaning for 35 years and on average this kind of method can do as much as 2000 square feet per hour and do it deeper and cleaner than any other tool or method.

As and industry leader your videos should be reviewed by a seasoned veteran, not a sales staffer. Your video training is somewhat irresponsible. Never use acid to test tile for acid sensitivity or you just etched it. Are you prepared to repair it by polishing to original shine. Acid should rarely be used. Testing grout for the presence of sealer can be done using just water as water will penetrate and darken the grout. The acid will also etch grout making grout more difficult to maintain as it gets eroded every time you use it to clean. Higher heat and PSi with some brush agitation is all you need.

Turbo-Seal hey you seem to know all about this stuff... Im thinking about getting into it and was wondering what brand of portable extractors would you recommend the most?

I concur...

@@jrfish198526 Any auto dumping extractor will work to retrieve wastewater from most spinner tools. It is the pressure that lacks on most of these machines. You're paying a premium price for a so-called high-pressure hard surface extractor and the PSI they advertise ie (1200 psi) is measured without the tool engaged which is the Static pressure. Dynamic pressure is the pressure you will have once you squeeze the trigger of the valve on your spinner tool. That is your working pressure and that's what counts and is cleaning the surface of tile and grout. There are just a handful of electric pressure pumps that can deliver pressure high enough to really do a good job cleaning without prior machine scrubbing or grout brush efforts. PM me if you want specific models and sources.

Could you clarify what you mean? youre saying portable really doesnt get the job done, its just a last resort?

If you’re looking for a machine to clean tile & grout especially for commercial kitchen & dining room floors I’d recommend a commercial steam machine not this cumbersome piece of junk. For restrooms I’d recommend a Kaivac not this cumbersome piece of junk.
@TheTurboman23 жыл бұрын
are you kidding Kaivac is twice the size of most extractors and they certainly don't even come close to 1200 psi. (400 tops). Steamers are great at killing bacteria and melting sugars and grease but they fall flat at retrieving the filthy mess. Usually, a fiber pad is used to wick what is dissolved but no one changes a pad. They just push it all around. Been doing this for 35 years and found steamers to just drive residues deeper into the porous substrate we call grout. They also move so horribly slow compared to spinner tools like the Turbo and others that vac up the mess as it forces out the grime.

@@TheTurboman2 I have used this Endeavor, the Kaivac 1250, & commercial steam machines from Chief Steamer all at the same medium sized coney island restaurant. This machine is double the size of the Kiavac 1250 & didn’t do shit on the grout out in the dining room. Even the guy who sells & repairs these machines told me it’s basically only good for restrooms & wouldn’t do much on the grout in the dining room & kitchen. Even the Kiavac 1250 is shit when it comes to cleaning grout. Using two Chief Steamer 100s & a microfiber dry mop my company has the grout back to almost original color & condition. The owner is much more pleased with the commercial steam machines than the Endeavor or the Kiavac.
