Hi Steamaster, Thank you for the excellent demo how to use this machine. I have a question can we add chemical liquid clean water (the part at the back of the machine) OR it is harmful for the pump? Please advise.

Exellent video production and presentation on proper operation and use of your equipment.You might want to explain that most tools valves may fail at 1200 psi. So attention to unloader adjustment should be explained. Demonstrating a high pressure machine with a hard surface cleaning tool would be more appropriate along with a demonstration of the other tools after lowering the regulator to appropriate pressure settings. By the way your explanation of the Turbo-hybrid rings is backwards... brush ring is for most tile surfaces especially softer scratchable stone (marble, travertine, slate polished concrete) The hard boot ring is for rough uneven surfaces like concrete, pavers, brick, pool decking etc. Scratch damage will result if hard boot is used on scratchaable flooring (even VCT and polished porcelain) Your sales / trainer did not cover this important information with you.
