世の生業は「陰と陽」でなりたっているものですが、お客様との楽しい宴の後、一人黙々とデッキブラシを掛け 事務所で洗い物をその日のうちに済ませる、後片付けを「陰」と呼ぶつもりはさらさらありませんが、 とても良い記録を見せて頂きありがとうございました。日々生活に追われる63才の爺ですが機会を 設けて一度行ってみたいと強く思いました。もう一度、ありがとうございました。

コメントありがとうございます｡ 屋台によっては､時間制限をしているお店がありますが､それは行列しているにもかかわらず､料理にも手を付けずに会話している方たちが多いので､屋台によっては個別のルールを設けている場合があります｡ (そういうお店は行列ができるほど人気のため､待つ方への配慮もあってやむを得なく時間制限などを設けている場合がありますが) あとは､お酒がダメという方もいますが､料理の他にもドリンクをオーダーするようにするのが暗黙のルールです｡ 海外の方は食べ物だけを1〜2品だけ､しかもおでんを2〜3個だけ頼んでSNS用に写真を撮って､数件の屋台を廻るという方がいますが､店主さんにとってはお酒やドリンクのオーダーでの儲けも重要な部分です｡ あとは個人的には､大人数で行くと少ない席数に対して､行列が長くなったりするので2〜3人で行って､気になるメニューを数品注文して､シェアして屋台を楽しむのがオススメです｡
