Yatai Fukuoka Japan Popular Chinese Street food stall vendor with ramen made by a Chinese-born owner

Fukuoka/Nagahama "Nagahama Shoe" is one of the seven new food stalls that will open in the summer of 2023.
This is a popular food stall where you can enjoy authentic Chinese food created by a Chinese-born owner.Everything from the food stall to the signboard is handmade by the owner, making it a one-off food stall that is unique from other food stalls, from the lighting to the structure and texture.
Based on his experience working as a staff member at Nakasu Yatai in Fukuoka, he opened his own food stall in Nagahama. We took a close look at a day in the life at the much-talked-about Chinese food stall, where many regulars are captivated by the authentic flavors of authentic stir-fried and stewed dishes, xiao long bao, dumplings, fried rice, and spicy noodles.

We can't leave it on the road, so we prepare everything on the day we open. We clean up after business hours and prepare before business hours.

they operate daily most even goto work for 6 hours before they open, then run their stalls for another 4-6 hours, then they still have too pack it all up an prepare everything for the next day before going to bed these stall owners are really hard workers
