Hi Anna! I had to re subscribe as Google updated and everything from them is. now inaccessible. Gave up on them and have new email. I hear you about the memory issues and chalk it up to "My memory banks are getting full and it takes times to sift through them to recall them. Absolutely will not delete any of them!" Was wondering if you had finished Tannenbaum and your beautiful cross stitched trees. Tannenbaum is beautiful and Sandy did a marvelous quilting motif. Can't wait to see it more closeup! Hi Anna, I am working on a red winged black bird x-stitch. One of for UFOs. I also have a patriotic wall hanging started that was supposed to be done for the fourth, I don't know where this month or any of the last 6 have gone. Yes, I understand about the littles growing up to soon. Two of my great nieces just turned 16 years old and are driving. Sweet Fancy Moses!!! I still think of them as little girls. Soon they will graduate HS. Time surely flies. As to August, it is truly hard to fathom that August 1st is in less than two weeks! Just adore the quilting on your Xmas tree quilt. That shop does such a fabulous job!! You are a rock star keeping up with your monthly projects!! I really, REALLY, need to get a couple of my quilts on a rotation like this. One block a month is way better than nothing. Good gravy, what a simple concept. Insert me smacking my forehead here. 44 days to PNWSS, well until I arrive (wink). That of course assumes Delta gets their poo together. Hugs from NE Ohio.

The characters are women who are involved in saving and helping others during war time. The one I am about to start is The Women by Kristen Hannah. Hi Anna, I found a little way to slow down time. Take ten intentional minutes everyday and just sit. Do nothing and keep quiet..just bee (lol). I do this everyday while watching my dogs play. It really makes you aware of time and it seems to slow it down. 😊

Laundry basket has started doing rolls of all sorts. And they are width of fabric. I called them and told them what pattern I was doing (of theirs) and they made me a customized roll. Likely they don't want to advertise this. They are fat eight but width of fabric but not 42 strips.

I laughed when you laughed about cleaning, looking for flat surfaces and you stopped to put borders on your fall stitchery. I do that too! I think working through projects is the long way around cleaning off surfaces but it’s one way and I do it often.

She loves the culture and has been learning Korean. Although she graduated from college with a degree in Graphic Design she received a job offer to teach English and got her certification to do that. She is nervous but so excited and will be there for at least a year and she’s hoping longer. Of course I’m going to miss her desperately. She is a lot braver than me…her Mama. Take care. Looks like Anna got it early. I checked for the pattern too and couldn’t find it. But Kimberly posted on Facebook that she will be demonstrating the Woven Star foundation paper in next few weeks. From the fabric she showed it looks like what is on the pattern and will probably be available to us then.

Great visit. You could use Camille Roskelly new fabrics which are a lot of navy, blues and greens for your sail boat pattern. I am glad you got to visit the beach. I am deep cleaning my sewing room. I love seeing what fabrics I have. I need to get busy to quilt up all that I have. Happy quilting
