Looking good. You can set up the welding/fabricating in the big shop and use one of those smaller out buildings for the decal printers and such. Really utilize all the space at that location for different aspects of the business. I'm sure you guys are already thinking of things like that though.

Hello Tucker & Crew: Try not to get discouraged. You are making fantastic progress on a DAUNTING Task. The Steel rack? Just find a temporary space like a 45ft trailer. Start sorting and slowly the mood changes as things get neetened up and useable again. Clean up or housekeeping is an unforgiving task that everyone loves when completed. Most people want someone else to do the actual work. Keep up the Great Job your doing and you will be proud of the results. As a big bonus Dad will also be proud of your efforts. The pressure washing the walls and ceiling made a huge difference. The new lights took it over the top. Dark and dingy is bad for the soul. Your pop is pretty savvy on shop layout/ ergonomics. Fine job Tucker. Can’t wait to see it finished

I see one of those out buildings as a metal storage area for stuff you don't use all the time. I have seen a guy have his CNC machine in a building by itself, he said he didn't use it enough for it to take up room in his main shop.

@Tucker, my dad couldn't afford a start-up for me like your getting, I understand your reactions in your situation on video. Some might think it's an uninterested attitude .... I'm not, when I was your age I only had to rake care of my moped, so it looked fine for the, anything else was taking care of... Getting a job and responsible like this on the new shop on your shoulders at your age... I would have sat in a corner and cried until it was all over, but then again my dad was a employee and not a entrepeneue. But your dad buying this property and putting you in charge of it, that shows he sees the potential in you. So far you did a tremendous job on that property!
