Wow your video is the only video on You tube that actually teaches you how to clean your printer. I have a Image class and just noticed I got track marks on the side of the paper this printer has been a beast I have never cleaned it but dont know how to clean it . Mine is different doesnt have the display on it like yours I hope I can clean it thank you

Thank you for the video. MY printer is old and I was going to replace it. But I gave a try to cleaning it first and changing the cartridges. it works like new. Thank you

Hello! Thank you for the informative video. I have an Image class laser LBP 622 printer that is five years old. It suddenly started printing the black color very faded and light grey even after getting a brand new Canon OEM black toner cart. I followed all your cleaning and maintainance tips but it is still happening. Question, has it just reached the end of its lifespan in your opinion? I’d rather not waist any more time on this machine if its just never coming back to its former glory. Its seen minimal use over that 5 years compared to how most people use their printers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hi if you have problems with the toner please contact the Canon support they can help you with the OEM toner. It is best to send pictures with printouts.

Hi great video. Question if I run the adjustment maintenance and the paper comes out splotches/streaks what do you suggest might be wrong? Thank you

Very nice video for maintaining these machines. I went through these steps, but am still running into an issue. My printer will continue spinning for 20-30s after it finishes printing. It had bugs in it and I think an internal sensor is dirty. Got any recommendations to correct it?

Sorry, but we have not had this error before. You may want to reset the printer and if that does not help, contact the manufacturer's support.

I have done all of the checks multiple time, your video was great, however, I am still getting dark green splats across my printing. Can you advise me any further please?

Hi, how fast your printer prints depends on your settings and what you are printing on. For example, if you are printing on thick paper, the printer needs to be set to thick paper so that it pulls the paper slowly through the printer and fuses it properly.

I am using a iMac my printer is saying no paper when the drawer is full. havetried deleting and adding the printer, updated the firmware and re installed drivers, nothing works. how do I solve this

I have on 1 side a very bad streak,, about 1 - 1 1/2 inch wide. I cleaned everything i can think off, but it keeps staying there.. is there another spot to check? I have a Canon Mf632cdw

Hello! There is such a problem: the printer prints in the wrong colors, there is an offset. I need to perform an electronic correction, but unfortunately I can't do it: The printer says that correction is impossible! I found the answer on the Internet that I need to read calibration sensors. But where are they? Please tell me. The optics (mirrors) were taken out, cleaned, it's not about them. And it's also not about cartridges.

Hi we have a different problem, the paper jamed in the paper ejected area , its very difficulty to remove, can share any video how to dismantle.

Hi, This is not so easy to recreate because paper jams very rarely occur there. If the paper is already peeking out of the paper ejector, please pull it slowly and evenly out of the tray.

I have LBP 623 Printer When I perform Cleaning the Fixing Assembly error pops "could not perform cleaning". Is there any way to fix that?

Hello, this is Canon's response to the problem: -Cleaning could not be performed. Paper jammed during cleaning. Remove the jammed paper, load the paper correctly, and perform cleaning again. Clearing Paper Jams Cleaning the Fuser Unit The amount of residue in the toner cartridges required to clean the fuser unit is insufficient. Cleaning requires a sufficient amount of remaining toner cartridge. Replace the toner cartridge and perform the cleaning again. How do you resolve a continuous paper jam issue when there is no longer a paper jam, and have completed all the instructions within this video?

Hi, this can have many reasons, It can be that not compatible paper/foils are used. Or the wrong paper settings are selected, which can be checked on the PC and on the printer itself. Or one of the wear parts must be replaced, but I would consult the printer manufacturer and ask there. Or a completely different defect.

Hi, wir haben derzeit kein Video dazu geplant, da die Installation bei diesen Druckern sehr einfach ist und mit wenigen Klicks erledigt werden kann. Eine Anleitung für den Drucker ist beim Drucker dabei.

I've done everything you said and it still prints with black streaks down the front of the whole page. I don't see any traces of black toner anywhere to indicate a leak. Any ideas? I am using an off-brand toner, if that matters.

We can only guess now, but either the toner is broken or the transfer belt. We assume that the toner has a defect. Please contact the manufacturer of the toner.

I have this same problem. Did replacing the toner help? I don't think I'm using an off brand toner.

do you still have print jobs in the queue? Did you load plain 80gsm copy paper so you can print the cleaning page?

Had the same. Set the papertype to A4, 72-83 gr on the tray 1 or manual input and you're good to go.

When I print from my Canon ImageCLASS LBP622Cdw I am getting lines it seems from the Rollers and then I also get red dots. Both running from the top of the page to the bottom. Thank you in advance. Your KZbin Channel has been a lift save to understanding all the things one can do.

What was the reply because that is what my printer is doing. I am printer using flex soft White to go on black hat and magneta is spackled on the paper when I press on hate every where there was magneta spackles its on my hat. Can not sell it like that.
