I have a lot of the crystals you talked about to keep my space pristine. I most often use a lot of frankincense and peppermint oil, these days. I also use A LOT of acoustic cleansing using my singing bowl. I use that throughout the day; first thing in the morning and before I go to sleep, and as necessary when I re-enter my home after being out, or just when I feel the impulse to (maybe something is subtly off...).

I use ammonia to cleanse my energy. It works wonders. It does have a strong scent so I have to use little. Either I make a bath or I put a little on my Chakras and my my nape behind the ears inner wrist behind my knee and foot bottom

Kesha Stewart..... It's recommended not to use Ammonia as it sends away your spirit guides. Also pls do not color your hair as the ingredients used contain Ammonia. I learnt this from Eve The Medium channel. Hope this is helpful.
