5:05 "We care about privacy because we work directly with the government" How does an interviewer just let her say this? What does she think "privacy" mean?

@@CHMichael yeah some cases are like that but it’s not consumers’ fault when companies get breached and the information they have on you is necessary to have certain services.

fair point. if one stays on a computer. Or. Don’t. And retain your natural, inalienable, God given privacy. And, retain your natural freedom, existent before the Constitution and laws were written, still officially protected by the existing laws and Constitution, but increasingly ignored by the tyrannical and corrupt government of the USA, and we have not yet held them accountable, we, the people. Trade offs, trade offs, trade offs. Indeed. Indeed they exist. And the trafe offs suck too because internet and technology are totally cool and useful. But the tyrannical powers who hate your individual, inalienable rights and who hate my individual, inalienable rights, as enshrined in the Bill of Rights, and as recognized by the Founders to exist above and beyond and before they chose to write them down, are currently being ignored, it seems. And we the people have yet to each individually but together all rise up again, together, against them. But we must. We shall.

So all a criminal has to do is hold a gun to your back and walk you around to access your life instead of being able to hide all your stuff behind a password.
@CHMichael
@CHMichael Жыл бұрын
But what is he going to do with it? The money is traceable, he's not going to be able to buy anything with it.
@GalileoVR
@GalileoVR Жыл бұрын
@@2301CE It is still in your control weather you want to give up your password or not. If all the criminal needs to do is chop off your head and carry it around with him, then he doesn't need you to be alive, but if he shoots you before he gets the password then you are still dead, but the criminal gains nothing.

Whats the business model for airports then, if clear cameras will be everywhere? Airport ID checks should be ‘free’ as well, unless Clear thinks people will pay a yearly subscription for pay by face everywhere. This seems like something the provider/business should pay, not the client. Expecting airports/feds to eventually cover this cost.

A wish to WSJ, when you've got a lead: "CEO of so and so on " let this speaker speak. Your Christopher Mims might be a fine columnist, but I am (as a viewer) not interested in his ideas on the Future of Identity Verification. I want to hear Clear CEO Caryn. That is the heading. And when he interrupts her with his long explanations and speeches it does not add quality to such videos. Please mind that.
