Went to clear lake today, and this is my report Went to my cabin today and in the morning the wind was blowing a bit and got worse as the day went on, but Konocti bay is pretty much not effected by the wind. the water clarity started off about 8 inches and got better throughout the day to about 4ft vis. Temperature of the water was about 74-75 degrees. Algae not horrible but not great Fishing wise 12 crappie on mini jigs, and 5 bass 7.5 being the biggest all caught on a mini jig off docks 2lb redear caught too. And 3 catfish over 14lbs. Better fishing than I thought considering everyone’s reports about it being tuff.

We fished Mon Thursday and Friday this week. Super tough fishing like I’ve never seen in May.lWe caught a few fish but tougher than I’ve ever seen it.

Sounds like not much of a change since I ran into you a few weeks ago. Feel like the fishing was great and the WON Bass happened and it went into the toilet. Hopefully it turns around soon.
