lmao i had the same problem, but if you have an iphone you can go to settings -> accessibility -> audio/visual -> then click mono audio and it will play the same content in each earbud hope this helps! :)

When you said to hold the clear quartz in our non-dominant hand i felt heavyness in my chest and started shedding a couple of tears by the end of the video i no longer have that feeling in my chest i feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders ✨✨

Loved this one! I felt pulsing in my receiving hand & tingling in the tips of my fingers of my dominant hand. I am not a certified healer in any practice but I definitely want to be. I have always felt like to want to heal people physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, etc. I feel like I always look past clear quartz because it’s not at intriguing to look at, but I’m so happy I was drawn to it today & I took the time to meditate with it. Thank you for this great meditation. I felt out my quartz and I do think it showed me something about myself. I realized that the crevis in my stone reminded me of a scar and of course my quartz itself is smoot. So I think it told me something about how I've been living.

i did the meditation with amethyst yesterday and afterwards i felt so relaxed and my mind felt so clear. the energy of the amethyst just felt right, but today for some reason the clear quartz didn't quite feel right. I am not sure if this is just because i do not need it for whatever reason, or whether I am reading too much into it. I am really new to crystals so please let me know what you think!
