Hello, Shannon. This is my very first guided meditation with a crystal. Thank you so much for doing what you do. I just want to share that I felt elevated, and I don't remember ever using the word 'elevated' to describe how I feel. At the start, when I imagined a white light spreading down on me, there's a black/gray smoke mingling with my light. It has always been the case when I do this, but this time I was able to sustain like a tiny seed of white light that slowly kept growing through the meditation. At the end, I couldn't explain what I was feeling, but it was somehow overpowering and strong I was misty-eyed. I don't know what just happened but thank you. I've long wanted to meditate with my crystals and coming across your channel sets me off on this course. Namaste!

My arm felt numb and I had visions of snowfall and standing in it. Then later I saw the top roof of a Japanese palace in the fog. I am a second degree Reiki student going for Master teacher and for me, seeing that roof is a sign that I will make it to the top this winter.

so as my first time doing this it was nice. i got a tiny quartz and began. it felt relaxing when i picked up the stone it felt cold and when imagined a place it was a snowey place. no tree nothing just light snow falling and as i was feeling the soft sides i saw a frozen lake very sturdy and very iced.ilovd this and i feel better im going to do this more

This is my first time ever meditating and I use a tiny quartz I got from a trip many years ago without knowing the energy it carried. I got interested and cleansed it today, charged it and this meditation made me fell something I have never felt, I felt so connected and drawn to my tiny crystal, my limbs felt so light and almost as if they weren't there, and I felt in space 🌌 just gently swishing around with a light aura around me. I am so glad this was my first experience, you made it very warming and enjoyable ( ◜‿◝ )♡

What a great experience, i think you should buy a clear quartz tower, i suggest..., Because i think you're quite good at intuition, you can feel the energy of a small crystal, if you buy a bigger one, and meditate with it, it'll help sm(✿ ♡‿♡)🌸

@@SweetBrownGirl U clean them with flowing water or pointing a selenite/satin spar to your certain crystals, and U can charge them with the singing bowl or just bury them in your backyard's ground overnight, and U can get em out the next day and meditate with

Before I had my boys I used to spend a lot of time trying to play with my energy and feel the energy of other things, but parenting has taken over my time so I hadn’t done it for 3-4 years. I’ve been going through my spiritual awakening (things are finally calming down thank god) but there’s still places I feel disconnected too! You’re not alone! 💕
