Rage Craw on a 3/0 Gamakatsu Nano Finesse flipping hook with a 1/4oz tungsten bullet weight pegged on 20lb fluorocarbon. Color depends on the light conditions and water color, but green pumpkin would be my starting point in clear water.

From experience, I tend to use a 1-2 punch caffeine shad and rage craw. 10lb braid for extra long casts on both *fluorocarbon leader if fish not as willing*. fluke for its versatility to cover water fast like a fearful prey fish or let it sink like a worm. The just as versatile rage craw rigged on 3/8 stand-up shakey head to offer a different profile, color, and sink rate to dissect high percentage areas also works well as a swim jig. Most important to me with clear water and shallow bass is minimal lure splash and cast as far as possible.
