Love the bubble pump. Some can use solar power to run the air pump, so you don’t have to run power out to your pool.

Yaay! I was thinking a small mechanical wind turbine, so it activates mechanically the pump. Is it more durable or not? Is it more cost efficient than a generator-motor setup? I don't know, but I like the low-tech part.

This is a GREAT video, Paul! It really helps me to see what your book described. When I listened to the book, this chapter didn't seem to apply to me. After watching this video, I totally want one!

Another option not mentioned, which I use on two RMHs, is to have a method of forcing a small stream of air up the chimney in such a way as to create a venturi effect that draws through the heater regardless of conditions. One example is in my wood shop. I have a small 1/4" hole in the chimney pipe about even with the top of the barrel. Using the compressed air hose in the shop I can shoot a gentle stream of air pointed upwards that creates a vacuum in the system making it draw weather it wants to or not.

I am hoping to put one of these in my back yard next year. Have some red tape to go through with the local authorities first.

Great idea to get a step closer to self sustainment while having a swimming luxury! Checking out the video's coming from the Hex community! I think things like this that may take a small amount of funds, and other items comes a bit easier when the financial security is available as well.

Brilliant idea good Sir. My mate made one this summer. I hear his Mrs. was tired after.. I wish you too would stop feeding the eye, Paul. Get in to real money again, and we'll all get our freedom mansions sooner.

Great video! I like the way the concept is framed for the urbanite. Looking forward to installing these for my #HEX crypto friends around the world!
