Should have set of tires with two long cables attached so you can pull the tires through to unclog the culvert every time you have to do it makes things much easier 😊

So the guy with a death wish, standing on the culvert without a lanyard, one that won't allow you to get sucked in the pipe, should you slip in. Chances of you getting flushed through are slim. Second get an old utility pole and start jamming it through the culvert. Best bet to clear it out. Be careful what your posting, Occupational health and safety might find content worth investigating.

The guy on the culvert isn’t our employee so we can’t control what he does. We’re contracted for the excavator only. We’ve used poles on this one before. It’s jammed good. The condition of the infrastructure up here is terrible. They should be replacing so many on the highways but they just bandaid them. You’re right though, for sure.
