I'm sorry. For many years, I carried deep feelings of guilt with me. Which have shifted again and again, as soon as I apologized to a person, for something. I carried the guilt with me and tortured myself, for many years. Until I realized that the one I really needed to apologize to was myself. I tortured myself the most. So I apologize to myself for what I did to myself. And the intention to apologize is everything. So I find my innocence, which I had once lost; again. And by apologizing to myself, I release my guilt. And thus I do no harm to others. Because I am at peace with myself and thereby with the world. Therefore, apologize to yourself if you carry feelings of guilt with you. Because you can't torture yourself and apologize to yourself at the same time. Tormenting inflicts suffering and apologizing takes away suffering. "Anyway" and "Yes" are the words that enable me to apologize to myself. Because I get impulses to get back into the hamster wheel of apologizing or torturing myself for certain things. But I say, "Yes, I'm apologizing to myself anyway." And I apologize to others when it's my free choice. And I use these two methods to do that. By either apologizing to people personally or apologizing to people within myself, if I don't want to make it personal. Because the honest intention is enough.

I have watched so many different ppl on YT with tapping scripts and I always find yours the most helpful (and least triggering lol). I have ptsd and depression and find many ppl are so manic, or talk too fast, tap too hard, or just feel overly dramatic etc. Your words, volume, pacing and voice are awesome. Thanks Brad.

Thank you. I come back to this one about once a week when I start feeling guilty for putting my own dreams, desires and health needs first ahead of what my parents wish I would do with my life. About 80% through the tapping script, I always start seeing myself traveling the world as a filmmaker and immediately the heavy feeling of guilt leaves my body and I get really excited about my bright future. Thank you Brad, your tapping is truly transforming my life.

This is my first video and it was just what I needed. I sometimes suffer for long periods from nagging guilt about something that most people would consider ridiculous. This latest bout began last night just before bedtime and ruined my sleep. It was still with me this morning like a cloud of crap, and I didn't feel like being with my wife and children. Searched YT for anything on guilt and shame, found your video and before the video was half through, I began feeling much better. I'm a new sub! 👍

Thank you so much for this Brad, I have an intolerance to gluten and today I ate a chocolate muffin knowing that it had gluten in it. Well after I ate it, I felt so so guilty and disappointed in myself because Ive been doing so well eating gluten free diet. And I felt like I completely backtracked that all today by eating the muffin. To make it worse, an hour after eating the muffin my mum brought me a gluten-free piece of cake, so then it made me feel even more ashamed because I thought to myself "if only you had of waited an hour you wouldn't have had to cheat with the gluten muffin" HAHAHA. Anyways, I did this tapping and the "beating yourself up" tapping and I now feel SO good and today's muffin encounter is a thing of the past and feel so free, clear and empowered now. THANK YOU BRAD !!!!! LOVE THIS TAPPING

I started tapping last night and did this video 2 times today. Once for me, and again with those in mind that I feel I have placed blame on and it's definitely helping me move through emotions. Thank you. There are parts of me that are my ego, attached to these feelings of anger about what I have been through. Wanting accountability, wanting someone to feel ashamed for things they have put me through. The gentle guided journey in connection with the tapping really access this part of self that is angry and hurt. It opens the door to healing, to light, to forgiveness and to truth.

Yep shame is what came up for me when you mentioned it in your tap of the morning video so i found this one but it doesn't quite hit the spot for me. I haven't done anything wrong to others, but things that happened to me when I was young have apparently made me feel shame, and I feel ashamed of having a chronic illness too, which I didn't realise till tapping brought it up.
