Search my videos for a particular subject: tapwithbrad.com/search
Yes - there is plenty of research validating EFT/Tapping: tapwithbrad.com/research
So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of Ph.D.'s and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad.com
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.
If you enjoyed this video, please subscribe to my videos and share them with others. I hope you will also sign up for my free newsletter "Success Beyond Belief" - filled with good stuff for your body, mind and spirit, and a “Tap of the Week” each Monday. I'm sorry. For many years, I carried deep feelings of guilt with me. Which have shifted again and again, as soon as I apologized to a person, for something. I carried the guilt with me and tortured myself, for many years. Until I realized that the one I really needed to apologize to was myself. I tortured myself the most. So I apologize to myself for what I did to myself. And the intention to apologize is everything. So I find my innocence, which I had once lost; again. And by apologizing to myself, I release my guilt. And thus I do no harm to others. Because I am at peace with myself and thereby with the world. Therefore, apologize to yourself if you carry feelings of guilt with you. Because you can't torture yourself and apologize to yourself at the same time. Tormenting inflicts suffering and apologizing takes away suffering. "Anyway" and "Yes" are the words that enable me to apologize to myself. Because I get impulses to get back into the hamster wheel of apologizing or torturing myself for certain things. But I say, "Yes, I'm apologizing to myself anyway." And I apologize to others when it's my free choice. And I use these two methods to do that. By either apologizing to people personally or apologizing to people within myself, if I don't want to make it personal. Because the honest intention is enough.

I have watched so many different ppl on YT with tapping scripts and I always find yours the most helpful (and least triggering lol). I have ptsd and depression and find many ppl are so manic, or talk too fast, tap too hard, or just feel overly dramatic etc. Your words, volume, pacing and voice are awesome. Thanks Brad.

This is my first video and it was just what I needed. I sometimes suffer for long periods from nagging guilt about something that most people would consider ridiculous. This latest bout began last night just before bedtime and ruined my sleep. It was still with me this morning like a cloud of crap, and I didn't feel like being with my wife and children. Searched YT for anything on guilt and shame, found your video and before the video was half through, I began feeling much better. I'm a new sub! 👍

Yep shame is what came up for me when you mentioned it in your tap of the morning video so i found this one but it doesn't quite hit the spot for me. I haven't done anything wrong to others, but things that happened to me when I was young have apparently made me feel shame, and I feel ashamed of having a chronic illness too, which I didn't realise till tapping brought it up. Thanks for what you do,Brad, it is great!

Brad, I love your videos, you give such a broad spectrum of topics which is really brilliant. I am still doing the money tapping and its really good, one thing I would love to see, as I am sure many people experience this from parents, is dealing with a parent that uses manipulation and guilt trips to get their own way. My mother does this and as her financial situation has become problematic for her she now is upping her guilt trip for money, gifts. Do you have a video on dealing with this?
