I cannot be more grateful to come across this video. My anxiety and depression were bad today, and during my first time through the video and tapping, I started crying. The intentions you speak while doing this made me realize I don’t ever truly give permission to myself to feel at whatever heights I feel at, and then let them go from my body. By the end of the three minutes I truly was breathing better. I played through it again, and the second time I noticed less coming to the surface of my mind when I looked for the stressors. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Thanks very much Nick, and Marie, this was so valuable. I breathed so much deeper and by the end (of ten rounds!!) released so much stress I've been carrying for 25 years. I feel if there is stress in the shoulders we can't breathe properly. Shoulders are busy carrying weight! So what released for me was first to acknowledge that I was allowed to carry the weight (bc duh, we are not supposed to be judgemental which is the flip side of "carrying the weight) and then to be able to shift that so its not carried in our sweet body.

I actually discovered tapping by pure instinct while having panic attacks. In the midst of freaking out I started tapping parts of my body with both hands rythmically like I was playing drums to just try and distract myself and noticed that my pounding heartrate decreased rather quickly. I have also seen my vet do a simalar tapping thing to my cat when they are admistering a shot so it must be a way to distract the brain. It seems to work!

Thank you for this. Also, not everyone can "watch" this video, keep in mind people who are sight impaired or non-seeing. Verbal descriptions of the actions are crucial for them.

I went from a 7 to a 5, but I’m in a stressful situation and any improvement is an improvement and I definitely noticed an ease in my breathing. 👍
