How do you find the machine video looks good but seen other videos and some people say the machine isn’t good at multi function on the controls like doing to many movements at once or something you find anything like this?
@Andrewactual2 жыл бұрын
@@KiotiTractorNL I’m not an expert on all machines but this Sany keeps me very happy, I find it to be strong enough to put itself in awkward positions (it can pick up a lot of weight), if I’m tracking around and do another function like spin the cab it tracks pretty slow, but once you go back to just tracking it takes off again. As I understand it that’s due to having one pump. I’ve heard a lot of minis only have one pump so if that’s true this would be a common mini complaint.
@Andrewactual2 жыл бұрын
@@KiotiTractorNL I am very pleased with the part’s availability and price, I’m rough on this machine so I’ve managed to destroy the aux hyd line on stick($60), bottom glass on cab($116), upper glass assembly ($209) that’s the frame, wiper, glass) that’s amazing to me. I would have thought they’d drag me through the coals. My dealer has always answered the phone, and got my parts shipped fast. www.prosourcemachinery.com/

@@KiotiTractorNL originally I wanted a kubota U-27, I had no idea Sany was a thing. I couldn’t get kubota dealers to call or email me back for a month and their sites showed no stock. I did some research into Sany and the sales guy wasn’t pushy but was very informative. Not to drag on but I really like my Sany, I know where it came from and I’ll just have to deal with that myself, it’s impressed me and I’m sure it will work plenty hard for a 3.5T mini ex.

For general purpose use on this machine with a thumb, what buckets/sized would you pick? Thinking 12" tooth for narrow drain lines, 30" tooth for general and 36" smooth for grading, backfilling. Decent mix and sizes? Cheers,

Great excavator I think you need a bigger machine?
@machaf2 жыл бұрын
To fix the thumb connections. Try 90 degree fittings fitting out of the thumb connections, then straight hydraulic fittings on the hose. Looks like you have 90 fittings on the end of the hydraulic hoses vs straight.
@Andrewactual2 жыл бұрын
That repair coupler is still holding strong even though I have a new hose ready to go on! I’ll take a look and maybe I can just add straights.

So can I get one of these excavators still? Is the control pattern switchable on these machines? Are they affordable and would you recommend them? Sorry for all the questions just curious if I should look into getting one or not I need a 35 with a thumb like you were set up but I needed to be a switchable machine between Backhoe and excavator controls.
@Andrewactual2 жыл бұрын
They are switchable, I can’t compare it to other machines as I lack the experience with others but this machine has performed amazingly and been very reliable thus far. The dealership jumped through hoops to get me a hose over night that I destroyed. I haven’t looked at prices lately but it was very affordable when I bought it last summer.

The most important message here is the Canadian exports. I warn everyone NOT to buy anything from Canada. The reason being is if a Canadian product becomes no longer imported they will not honor warranties or supply replacement parts. I bought a Napoleon wood furnace that cost me over $8000 USD not including install. 2 years later the EPA standards exceeded the burn rating of this furnace. Even tho I tried to explain that my furnace is "grandfathered" in and NOT illegal for me to have and use, Napoleon still will not sell me any type of parts for the furnace. I had a 2 year old, $8k brick that I could not fix. DO NOT buy anything from Canada.
@Andrewactual2 жыл бұрын
I’ve been reading about this wood stove epa deal lately. Very unfortunate.
@notsure6182 Жыл бұрын
this guy is blaming Canada for the US not allowing shipment of the parts in to the country
@Jason-zp4ly Жыл бұрын
@notsure6182 your an idiot. It has nothing to do with shipping. US Customs is not looking for wood furnace liner bricks, fiber board and reburn tubes. It has everything to do with Napolian not even trying to give customer service or honoring warranties. I can buy all parts and put together a ghost gun in the US and you think the US Customs won't let reburn tubes and fiber board for a hybrid furnace across the boarder? Jesus your dumb.
