Clearing stumps for pole barn with Kubota KX080-03

How does the truck do hauling. I have similar truck and thinking about adding a mid size excavator, but concerned about the weight

It does ok. My excavator weighs 19200 and it pulls it fine but I wouldn’t really want anything heavier. I do have to shift down a lot around steeper hills. If you have a lot of hills I probably would upgrade trucks or you will be in second and third a lot.
