The Grand Salon is going to be spectacular. Needs a special opening when it is done. We all just know Amaury is going to do the conversion of the century. Why don't you donate one months' chateau unwrapped to your local community hub. Charity begins at home. I would watch it twice if it helps.

@@bevtaylor2856 Selmar did when he was there and I believe Isabelle did as well occasionally. It's been used as part of their Christmas celebration as a gathering place for carols and a priest gave mass there once. It's part of the chateau and a lovely place, worthy of preservation and restoration of its beautiful craftsmanship even if it rarely serves its original intended purpose.

We visited the English village of Humshaugh, along Hadrian's Wall, and the villagers have taken control - opened a shop, made a kind of coalition for fuel and postal services, lots of things. WONDERFUL effort!
